Patek Philippe has attired the World Time Minute Repeater Reference 5531 in white gold. The result is an entirely hand-made miniature Rare Handcrafts masterpiece.

The caseband and the minute-repeater slide piece feature a hand-guilloched hobnail pattern emblematic of Patek Philippe. The skeletonized lugs ensure an unobstructed view of this guilloché work.
